AI Automation

AUTOMATIONBUILT IN.NOT BOLTED ON.

An AI automation agency UK businesses actually keep, because we ship real software not a Zapier board with a monthly invoice attached. Workflow automation, document processing, support AI, and data pipelines built into the product you already run.

The problem

The average AI automation agency UK businesses hire just rents you a workflow.

01

A no-code board is not a system.

Plenty of new agencies will hand you a chain of Zapier steps calling an LLM and invoice you monthly to maintain it. It works in the demo. Then a step silently fails at 2am, nobody is watching the queue, and you find out from a customer. You do not own it, you cannot debug it, and you cannot extend it.

02

Automation nobody trusts gets switched off.

An automation that is right most of the time is worse than no automation, because someone still has to check every output. Without evaluation, confidence scoring, and a human-in-the-loop path for the hard cases, your team quietly goes back to doing it by hand.

03

It never touches the actual product.

Most automation sits outside the software, shuffling data between SaaS tools. The compounding value is inside the product: the matching engine, the onboarding flow, the review queue. That is where automation changes your unit economics, and that is where a plugin cannot reach.

We are an AI automation agency UK teams call after the no-code board breaks, and we build automation that lives inside your product, monitored, evaluated, and owned by you.

What you get

Not a workflow board. A system you own.

Every build ships with the same core package. It is the baseline any AI automation agency UK businesses hire should meet, whether it is one workflow or a pipeline running across the business.

Production automation pipeline

Deployed in your infrastructure with retries, error handling, dead-letter queues, and alerting when something needs a human.

Accuracy evaluation report

How often the automation is right, where it fails, and what it costs per run. Measured on your real data before it goes live.

Human-in-the-loop controls

Confidence thresholds that route edge cases to a person instead of guessing. You decide where the line sits.

Integration with your existing stack

Your database, your APIs, your CRM. No rebuild, no migration, no rip and replace.

Cost and usage monitoring

Caching, model routing, and usage controls so the inference bill stays predictable as volume grows.

30 days post-launch support

Tuning, edge case fixes, and drift monitoring after go-live, from the team that built it.

How we build

From manual process to running system. Here is exactly how.

#PhaseWhat happensWhen
01Process auditWe map what actually happens today, step by step, including the exceptions people handle by instinct. Then we work out which steps are worth automating and which should stay human. Not everything should be automated.Week 1
02Prototype and benchmarkA working automation tested against your real data and your real edge cases. Accuracy, latency, and cost per run measured before you commit to the full build.Weeks 2-3
03Production buildThe pipeline built for scale: retries, fallbacks, logging, and integration with your existing systems. Tested under real volume, not demo volume.Weeks 3-5
04Evaluation and hardeningAdversarial testing and edge case hunting against your dataset. We set the confidence thresholds that decide when a human gets involved.Weeks 5-6
05Deploy and monitorLive deployment with accuracy tracking, cost monitoring, and drift detection. You can see what the automation is doing and what it is saving.Ongoing

Is this the right fit

We are direct about who we work best with.

This is right for you if

You have a process that is costing you real time.

  • You have a manual process that people repeat dozens or hundreds of times a week
  • You are drowning in documents, forms, or inbound messages that need reading and routing
  • You want automation inside your product, not a bridge between two SaaS tools
  • You have tried a no-code automation and watched it break quietly
  • You want automation UK teams can actually debug, not an agent bolted onto a job a plain script could do
  • You want automation that will not trip you up on UK data protection rules later
  • You need someone who will tell you which steps should stay human
Probably not the right fit if

You want something we cannot do well.

  • You want a Zapier board set up and maintained on a monthly retainer
  • You want to automate a process nobody has written down or agreed on
  • You want the cheapest possible automation regardless of what happens when it is wrong
  • You are looking for someone to agree that everything can be automated

If any of these describe you, we will tell you on the first call rather than waste your time or ours.

What founders say

Results over promises.

David

David

Founder at Seconddate

Foundry 5 really impressed me with their work on my AI-powered dating app. They nailed the UI/UX, starting with core app screens and then translating that vision to the web. The React site they built is sleek and polished - exactly what I was hoping for. What I appreciated most was their thoughtful approach and how easy they were to work with. They got the job done without needing me to micromanage.

No, and we would push back if someone told you otherwise. Most of our automation work goes into products that already exist. We integrate with your current database, APIs, and infrastructure. If a part of your backend genuinely blocks the automation, we will tell you exactly which part and what it takes to change, rather than quoting a rebuild you do not need.

A single workflow automation is typically two to three weeks from scope to live. A full pipeline with document processing, evaluation, and monitoring runs four to eight weeks. We agree the timeline in writing before any code is written, and you see a working prototype benchmarked on your real data in week two or three, before you commit to the full build.

Workflow automation, document and form processing, customer support triage and drafting, internal tooling, and data pipeline work are the common ones. The real test is not whether AI can do the task, it is whether the task is repeated often enough and defined well enough to be worth automating. We work that out in the process audit in week one.

It will, occasionally, and the system is designed for that. We set confidence thresholds so uncertain cases route to a person instead of being guessed at, log every decision so you can audit what happened, and alert someone when a job fails rather than letting it die silently in a queue.

We use Make and Zapier where a light workflow genuinely is the right answer, and we will say so rather than overbuild. But when the automation needs to live inside your product, handle real volume, or make decisions you have to stand behind, it needs to be software: Python, proper error handling, and code you own. That is the difference.

Caching, prompt optimisation, model routing, and usage controls, with cost per run tracked from day one. You can see exactly what each automated task costs and what it replaced. Nobody should be surprised by their inference bill at the end of the month.

Yes. Some steps are cheap for a human and expensive for a machine to get right, and some processes are too undefined to automate until you have agreed how they actually work. We would rather scope out half of what you asked for than ship automation your team stops trusting.
